NIGHTLY RATES are based on a
weekly 7+ night stay –
Double Occupancy, plus tax, US dollars
(additional guests $10 each per night -- maximum of 4 guests)
Deposit of $300 required within 7 - 10 days
for securing reservation.
($600 for 28+ days reservation)
Remaining amount due required 45 days or 60 days for high
season
For less than 7 nights, one time housekeeping fee of
$100
and a higher nightly rate.
Minimum of 5 nights, 7 nights in high season, 12 nights
for Holidays
Security / damage deposit of $300 included with final
payment
Late Check Out Policy:
1/2 days rental cost.
Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days
of scheduled arrival
(60 days for high season). Cancellation on or after
arrival - all funds forfeited.
Fully Refundable
Security Damage Deposit:
The
refundable deposit is fully refundable if the condo is
left in good order and the keys are returned to the
lockbox ($50 fee for
any lost keys). Additional charges may be
incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping
charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry,
unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required. The
deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed
within 14-28 days
of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection
provided by our housekeeper after your departure
Discounts of 5%-15% for our returning guests and longer stays
of 3 plus weeks |

Hi Earl,
I just wanted to say that we really enjoyed staying at your
condo. The complex was beautiful and
relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Also, it was very
quiet and perfectly located. It was great
to have all the beach accessories, cooler, chairs, umbrella,
etc. This made things so easy.
I'm sure we'll be staying there again, hopefully around the
same time next year.

Oh by the way it was great staying at their condo, the
security guard was awesome…he really is on top of things,
even though we were a little concerned about the lighting
around the buildings ( very dark) he made us feel safe, he
made his rounds and did not miss a thing…I would definitely
stay there again..We went to the office and praise him, they
are very happy with him too....Thanks again…Sandra
