              (additional guests $10 each per night -- maximum of 4 guests)

For less than 7 nights, a Cleaninng Fee of $100 and nightly rate increase of $5

Reservation Deposit of $300 required
within 7 days (or 10 days for Canada) for confirming and securing your reservation.
              ($600 for 28+ days reservation)

Please Note: Your reservation is Not secure until we receive your deposit.

Remaining amount due is required 45 days prior to arrival, or 60 days for high season

Minimum of 5 nights, 7 nights in high season, 10-12 nights for Holidays

For less than 7 nights, additional  $5 higher nightly rate.

$300 Security / damage deposit and included with your final payment

Payment Method:

*  US Checks, Bank Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order obtained at your local bank (Canadian bank draft)
*  Payments deposited directly into our Wells Fargo bank account using a teller or through online transfer.
*  Pay Pal: Credit Cards accepted and processed thru Pay Pal for additional fee of 3.2% for US and 4.2% Canada and international. -

* Free - no fees with Pay Pal when payment is made using monies in your account or linked with your bank account

* Bank Wire transfer of funds - additional fee of $16

Late Check Out Policy:
1/2 daily rental fee (must be approved prior to receiving final payment)

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 45 days prior to arrival.
$200 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days for high season and reservations of 28+ nights.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival
(60 days for high season). Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.  Early departure does not warrant any refunds.

Fully Refundable Security Damage Deposit:
The $300 security deposit is fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned to the lockbox ($50 fee for any lost keys.
Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required.
The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within 14 - 28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure

Good morning Earl,
Just want to say thank you very much for the use of your condo. Everything is great in 3-217!
The bed is so comfy!!  We had a wonderful time and hope to someday return.
Weather for the most part was lovely even though there were a few rain days. I left a note for the cleaning staff and hope that everything is in good order.

Our rental experience with you was top notch and will recommend your property to others.

Boy, we are back in WI and sure missing the HI weather! Anyhow, I just wanted to thank you and Mara again for the lovely time we had staying at Maui Vista over the holidays.

Hi Earl,
I just wanted to say that we really enjoyed staying at your condo. The complex was beautiful and
relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Also, it was very quiet and perfectly located. It was great
to have all the beach accessories, cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. This made things so easy.
I'm sure we'll be staying there again, hopefully around the same time next year.

Oh by the way it was great staying at their condo, the security guard was awesome…he really is on top of things, even though we were a little concerned about the lighting around the buildings ( very dark) he made us feel safe, he made his rounds and did not miss a thing…I would definitely stay there again..We went to the office and praise him, they are very happy with him too....Thanks again…Sandra
